. No you made a very common error. You can't just look at the list of processors and assume any one of the processors will work in all versions of that model series. Look at page 17 of the manual. The different system boards are listed as followsFor use only with Intel Core Quad processors 611348-001For use only with Intel Core Dual and Core2 processors 599414-001For use only with Intel Core Quad processors 1-GB 622627-001For use only with Intel Core Dual and Core2 processors 622626-001So in order to install a Quad processor you need a Quad motherboard. The fan and heatsink is the same. If the computer turns on but hangs or crashes before the “Starting Windows” screen, it is most likely a RAM problem. The RAM could be seated improperly or defective. Following the RAM replacement guide, remove and reinsert the RAM sticks and retest the laptop. If that does not work, the RAM most likely needs to be replaced. If the computer turns on but the screen stays off, the display is most likely the problem. If the backlight comes on but the display is just black then it is a problem with the LCD panel. If you can see an image on the LCD but the backlight is off, it is either a loose or disconnected cable or a dead backlight. If the computer turns on but hangs or crashes while loading Windows, the hard drive is most likely the problem. Follow this guide to replace the hard drive. It seems to work fine but then abruptly turns off. If the back right area of computer gets very warm or hot, and then the computer shuts itself down, there is an issue with the fan. It is the only one Ralink released for to the device manager. On the top of the device manager window, click on the View the Show Hidden Devices down the list to the Network adapters device manager category, and click to expand should see the Ralink RT5390 in light click on it and select Uninstall. Check the Uninstall driver box. Restart the PC and see if the wifi adapter gets installed so that it shows up not, then your only other option would be to purchase an external USB wifi adapter that is compatible with W10.

The problem is I cannot find any drivers for it anywhere, so I'm wonder if it will be ok to run it with just the Windows 10 drivers it installed?
